Key in any tax planning is the choice of business entity. This is true whether you are considering a medical practice, a manufacturing concern or a non profit entity. We can assist you with advising on the most appropriate entity both from a liability perspective and a tax perspective and can also form these entities for you.

If you decide on a not for profit entity we can assist you in the application process for non profit status on both a state and federal level.

A strategic business plan forms the basis of any business. In many cases we have the plan in our minds. When business begins to grow and you find more and more issues needing your attention you need to have a system of checks and balances in place.

A business that grows too fast without the necessary checks and balances such as; accounting systems, tax strategies, expense monitoring and cost cutting programs, revenue management procedures, debt compliance monitoring to mention a few is well on its way to failure. Bookkeeping Services

Our bookkeeping services are done with QuickBooks. We offer a full write-up service. We will collect your records weekly or monthly and provide you with your reports usually within one week for current write-ups.

Should you decide to outsource with us we will assist you with the integration of QuickBooks on-site when you are ready to do so. No additional set-up or conversions will be necessary, we will run it FOR YOU till you need it.

Payroll Services

We offer a full range of payroll solutions and can design them to meet your need; full service solutions, control of an in-house solution or simply general advice and calculations. We can assist you to automate your payroll tasks which will significantly reduce chances of entry errors.

If you currently use QuickBooks we will assist you to manage payroll inside QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Application

We do not support Quickbooks. We do use Sage Peachtree Accounting which is fully capable of converting quickbooks company files and enable us to continue providing accounting services but do so in a more cost and time efficient manner.

Pechtree offer solutions for specific application such as Contractors, Nonprofits, Manufacturing and Wholesale, Retail, Professional Services and Point of Sale Merchant Services.

Our bookkeeping services are done with Peachtree. Should you decide to outsource with us we will assist you with the integration of Peachtree on-site when you are ready to do so. No additional set-up or conversions will be necessary, we will run it FOR YOU till you need it.

Third Party Negotiations

Dion has been involved with extensive negotiations at all levels for most of his career. He has done so on behalf of a number of governments and businesses. If you need someone to negotiate with a third party on your behalf or you need someone to act as an undisclosed principal on your behalf he will be happy to assist.

Health Insurance

In our practice and during tax planning a need often arises for corporate tax planning. One of the strategies we employ is that of corporate offered health insurance. We can also assist with individual health insurance coverage. In order to assist those that do require this and are in need of a broker we offer a cost competitive electronic quotation and enrollment procedure.

Estate Tax Planning Opportunity !

IRA to Roth IRA Conversions

TIPRA removed the income limit for high earners who want to convert their traditional Individual Retirement Account to a Roth IRA. While elimination of the $100,000 income limit to convert traditional IRAs to Roth IRAs under TIPRA doesn't start until 2010, maximizing that opportunity can begin in 2006 with maximizing contributions in 2006 and each year thereafter to a nondeductible IRA that can then be converted into a Roth in 2010.

Please note that converting from a Traditional IRA to a Roth IRA is something which should be considered taking account all facts and circumstances. It is not a one size fits all and good for all situation. Call to discuss, 858.222.0312.
