Dr Dion Gouws is the Principal of this firm. Dion is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California. He has 16 years of experience covering the fields of income tax, accounting, forensic accounting, business auditing, not-for-profit auditing, strategic planning, general management consulting, change management as well as active involvement in the academia.  He has served in a number of prestigious executive positions internationally, heading various committees as well as organizations. 

Dion is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Dion also heads the San Diego Tax Institute, a network forum consisting of legal professionals and financial advisors focusing on wealth preservation for high net worth individuals, the accredited and super accredited investors.

He holds various degrees from top tier institutions, an MBA a dual Masters in Accounting and Finance and a Doctoral degree in business management.   Dion lectured graduate students for a number of years and was an academic advisor and study promoter to Doctoral Students.

Namrata has experience in the areas of business and finance consulting in the Biotec and Insurance industries. Her experience includes working as a consultant for Ernst and Young and Allianz insurance.

Namrata holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and an MBA Degree in Finance and Marketing. Namrata is in the process of preparing to sit for her CFA exams.
